Our group cabins provide comfortable lodging for retreats, youth camps, conferences, and other multi-day group events. Designed to host 120+ guests across multiple large cabins, Serenity Rose offers the perfect balance of comfort and nature for extended stays. Each cabin features a glamping-style setup that allows guests to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while still having the comforts of modern accommodations. Options range from dormitory-style to private group spaces, sleeping between 18–74 guests each. Surrounded by peaceful woodlands along the scenic Egypt Creek, guests may spot deer and other wildlife while enjoying the quiet retreat atmosphere. The cabins are conveniently located just ten minutes from Lake Conroe and 20 minutes from The Woodlands, with a pool on property and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and recharge.

Please note: Overnight accommodations are reserved exclusively for retreats, camps, and multi-day group events.

Accommodation options

  • The Wildflower Field Cabin sleeps 26 guests and has a primitive kitchenette and a medium size living room

  • The Moonlight Forest Cabin sleeps 20 guests and has a primitive kitchenette and a small living room

  • The Wildhorse Stables Suites sleeps up to 78 guests, has a primitive kitchenette, living rooms and shared bathrooms & showers in the Bath House (a short walk away)

  • All accommodations have access to a swimming pool, pond, walking trails, BBQ grills, basketball court, volleyball/badminton area and various games
    (bean bag toss, Frisbee…)

Notes

  • Two nights minimum when booking a venue.

  • $150 cleaning fee per guest accommodation except for the Wildhorse Stables & Venues at $250

Wildflower Field Cabin

Wildhorse Stables Suites

Dormitory-style accommodations for 54-78 guests featuring twin XL bunk beds and twin XL single beds. Includes 6 sleeping rooms, 3 toilets, a small dining room, kitchenette, air conditioning, and two spacious corner rooms designed as common lounges/meeting rooms (can be modified as lodging for 12 guests each).
Guests enjoy shared restrooms on-site, with showers available just a short walk away at the showers.

Rules

Please ENJOY yourself! We are very low key hosts who want you to get the most out of your visit. We just ask that you take care of our guest house as you would your own home. We just have a few rules:

  • Smoking (including vaping) in outside designated areas ONLY. 

  • No alcohol will be permitted on the property for overnight stays.

  • No pets are allowed - if you have a pet we suggest using a local boarding such as Rover or The Pet Resort at Lake Conroe.

  • Check-in starts at 3 PM.

  • Check-out by 12 PM (noon). Please clean the dishes and return them to their original place, place towels, dishtowels and anything else that needs cleaning near the washing machine. Of course, if you have an early flight to catch, please don't worry about it, I'll take care of it. :-)

  • Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 8 AM (no music or loud noise where it can be heard outdoor).

  • Please stay in the property and don’t venture to our neighbors. We have 25 acres of land for you to enjoy!

  • Extra guests: We hope you have a fun time! We do not mind extra guests coming by until 11 PM. If guests would like to stay, please contact us and we can arrange extra space, including other cabins.

  • Pool: Swim at your own risk there is no lifeguard on duty so please never swim alone. No pets, running, horseplay, diving, food & drink, glass containers, loud music will be permitted. Please accompany children at all times and use restrooms and shower prior to entering the pool.

  • Amenity limitations - Because this is a farm, there may be insects & other animals on the property. Also we are on natural underground spring well water so we recommend bottle waters.

  • In case of damages or excessive cleaning, you may be charged from your security deposit.
